Your integrator is still quoting you “Bosch cameras.” Bosch stopped making them in July 2025.

On July 1, 2025 Triton Partners closed the purchase of Bosch Building Technologies’ video, access, intrusion, and communication division [3]. The unit — 4,300 employees, 90+ locations, more than €1 billion in annual revenue — exited the Bosch group and began operating as Keenfinity Group [3]. On February 19, 2026 the rebrand of the video business to IQSIGHT went public via PRNewswire [1]. At GSX 2026 (Sep 14-16, Atlanta, booth 2523) IQSIGHT showed the FLEXIDOME multi 7100i, MIC fusion 9100s, and BVMS 14.0 — the same portfolios that carried the Bosch name for 25 years [4].

Here is what your RFP has not captured yet: the engineering, the 600+ patents, the NDAA- and TAA-compliant portfolio (FLEXIDOME, AUTODOME, MIC), and the Genetec Security Center SaaS + Milestone XProtect support did not change [1][4]. What changed is who invoices your order and which brand label ships on the box [3][6]. IQSIGHT’s own corporate page identifies itself as “Formerly Bosch Video Systems” in its footer [2]. The old Bosch Security URLs return 301 redirects to Keenfinity, then to IQSIGHT — verified August 3, 2026 [6].

( corporate ownership changes do not alter the technical compliance status of equipment already assessed under NDAA Section 889, which concerns specific named Chinese manufacturers — IQSIGHT equipment retains the same status it had under the Bosch brand [6] )

The brand change was not announced in Spanish. Trade-press coverage (PRNewswire Feb 19, SecurityInfoWatch Sep 15) shipped in English [1][4]; GSX 2026 (Sep 14-16, Atlanta) was IQSIGHT’s first public appearance under the new name — and trade-show booths are not where LATAM integrators refresh their catalogs [4]. Operational consequence: distributors that cycle inventory every 6-12 months may carry Bosch SKUs in active catalogs while the manufacturer already invoices as IQSIGHT [5]. When a procurement committee compares a quote against the brand on the specification and they don’t match, the process restarts — even when the hardware is identical [5].

The question worth asking before requesting a new quote: does the SKU you are about to approve ship with the IQSIGHT label on the box, or does your distributor not even know about the change? Today is a good day to ask the channel.

P.D. If your RFP still says “Bosch camera” — and your distributor quotes IQSIGHT without telling you — the comparison against the spec fails. Today is a good day to validate the brand before signing.
